I am a senior here at Missouri University of Science and Technology. I will be graduating (hopefully) in May with my Bachelors in Business Management Systems and a minor in IST. Right now I plan to come back next Fall to start my Masters program. My husband will be here for another year doing Petroleum Engineering, so it will give me a great reason to stay and further my education. We are very excited to get out and find the best career possible, but I would prefer to have that extra step on the way!
So with my 18 credit hour schedule, I also work 40 hours a week. I am an RDM, which is a department manager here at the McDonalds on Kingshighway. I have almost no free time between those two things and all of the homework and studying I have to do every night. However, I always make time to go to the gym for about 2 hours a day. My husband and I do bodybuilding and I think it really helps to cut down on some of the stress. I believe being active is very important, especially for people in college. With all of the things we all have going on the stress just builds, and if you don't have an outlet for it, everyone around you suffers. I want to share a website for beginners with everyone, you can try to fit as much or as little as you want into your routine. I think everyone will feel a lot better with an outlet for all that stress! Thank you!
